Stress

Stress is a part of our lives and we cannot live without it and it is a way in which our bodies respond to certain situations that the mind perceives as being threatening. In fact, it helps to protect us and in a positive way makes us capable of performing at higher levels while also making us face challenges without fear or distress. There is thus an added physical as well as emotional resource on which we can rely on and it is also what makes people great athletes, perform exceptionally well in tests and give speeches in front of audiences as well as helps in achieving our objectives.
