A third and very effective way to deal with migraines during pregnancy is ensuring that you stay mentally relaxed and happy. Avoid at all costs any confrontations during this period. Use aromatherapy, complete body massages, hobbies and other similar means to keep yourself relaxed both mentally and physically.
